Lies of the Massey Media

It is very rare that you will hear me dissing a member of our armed forces, but you have to wonder when you see a United States Marine join forces with the likes of Cindy Sheehan and the mainstream media:

Marine Staff Sgt. Jimmy Massey came back from Iraq and has been spinning a web of lies for over a year now. In that time, his stories of targeting civilians have given the media and the anti-war loons the ammo they crave. At one point he even joined Cindy Sheehan's bus tour. His tales were run by news organizations worldwide without the hint of corroboration or even a little investigation before running the stories.

It is a sad day indeed when America's heroes are being impugned by one of their own, and seemingly for no other reason than a flash in the headlines and an attempt to sell a book in France, of all places.
