The President's Weather Machine

Local CBS-affiliate KHOU reports this breaking news story:

The worst hurricane season on record has many scientists asking whether it might be possible to prevent or at least control the storms.

Until recently, changing the weather has been an elusive goal, but some scientists believe the goal is closer becoming a reality.

Silly scientists, don't you know that President Bush already has a weather control machine?

Or maybe it's the Russians and the Japanese, trying to destroy the American way of life.
