Missing in Action

My apologies for the unanticipated absence. A business trip was unexpectedly extended due to some major design changes that had not been communicated to us. When I realized I would be unable to post for a while I tried to contact my backup blogger to fill in for a few days, but discovered he was out due to a death in the family.

I am back and will resume blogging as schedule permits, while I attempt to catch up with a week and a half worth of email, phone calls, customer complaints and the like.
