Political Hijacking

The US Senate was sent into an unusual closed door session today, as Democrats demanded answers on why the United States went to war in Iraq. What?!?

"The United States Senate has been hijacked by the Democratic leadership," said Majority Leader Bill Frist. "They have no convictions, they have no principles, they have no ideas," the Republican leader said.

Then why do we keep letting them set the agenda and the tone of politics in the nation?
